OUR CONDO
Our unit features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and is air conditioned, along with having ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
The 3 sliding glass doors off of the living and dining room and master bedroom bring the island inside, and open to the spacious covered lanai, with seating for 6–perfect for catching those Rainbows, Sunsets and Tropical Breezes!
For entertainment, there is a 42’ LCD Flat Screen TV with HD TV, dvd player and the condo is equipped with wifi should you desire to stay connected.
The master suite features a king sized bed, spacious bathroom with double sinks and counters, a large soaking tub and shower, and walk in closet, and MP3 player clock/speaker system.
Both guest rooms are outfitted with queen beds, televisions (guest room #2 has a 32’ flat screen) and private baths.
We take pride in our Hawaiian Hale, and have done our best to decorate and maintain it with quality furnishings and supplies.
And, for your days at the beautiful beaches on Kauai, we have the following for your use:
- Beach towels and chairs
- Umbrella
- Cooler
- Straw mats
- Sand toys
Enjoy BBQ’s beside the pool and jacuzzi with waterfall features within the complex, or slip into the fitness center for a quick workout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was one of the best equipped rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Location close to Hanalei Bay and the Napali coast trails was a definite plus. Perfect for a visit with extended family.
This condo was an absolutely incredible find. And we’re so grateful to Karla and her family for their incredible hospitality. Their place was the perfect spot for our family. We spent many mornings out on the lanai drinking coffee. We’re already trying to find ways that we can travel back to Kauai!
Lovely property in an awesome location. The condo is beautifully furnished and is very clean. The lanai is huge and is essentially a whole extra room within the house.
The beds are extremely comfortable which is not the norm for an island rental. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you’ll need to eat in instead of having to eat out.
Overall this place is a wonderful place to stay and an excellent value. We will definitely stay here again!
EXPLORE KAUAI
Nearby, there are walking trails throughout Princeville, to the shopping center and restaurants, to the golf course, and nearby beaches, both Anini and Hideaways.
The St Regis Resort is located 1 mile from The Plantation and is a beautiful spot to have a mai tai (or your drink of choice) and watch the sun set over Bali Hai.
Or (our favorite) take a quick 7 minute drive down to Hanalei Bay, a 2 mile crescent shaped beach where the mountains almost touch the sand. It is simply one of the most gorgeous beaches in the world!

ABOUT
We fell in love with the island of Kauai on our first visit back in 1992, and purchased this second home in 2010 to enjoy. We are a family of 5, and love the outdoors, and spend most of our time surfing, fishing, snorkeling and hiking.
In the evenings we love returning to our Hawaiian Hale to bbq by the pool, sit in the hot tub and relax on our lanai, looking out at the stars.
